During the counseling session, the yoga coach conducts a virtual 1v1 session to review your health history, including past injuries and medical conditions including any past injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, or chronic health issues. Additionally, they provide nutritional guidance, offering tips for healthy eating habits and hydration to support your overall well-being alongside your yoga practice.
The coach will have dis goals and objectives for the 1v1 yoga sessions. This could include specific
wellness goals such as improving flexibility, managing stress, alleviating pain, or enhancing overall well-being. The coach assesses
the client’s current fitness level, mobility, and any areas of focus or improvement.
After the initial counseling and health assessment, the yoga coach carefully matches the client with a
suitable yoga trainer based on various factors, including the client’s goals, preferences, personality, and scheduling availability. We have certified yoga trainers who have trained more then 1000s of clients and have helped many with their pains and improved their flexibility.
After appointing the trainer, the session will start which will be conduct according to your preferred time and we insist you to do a minimum 4 days every week to achieve the goal which have been set.
