Story Of Soul Fitness Studio

Soul Fitness Studio was a dream of Mirza Hina Khan which became true in 2012.
Opened in January with just two members, in a basement of South Delhi. Today Soul Fitness Studio boasts a team of 6 highly experienced trainers catering to national as well as international clients. In a period spanning over a decade, we have made a difference to the lives of more than 2000 people. We have also played our part in social responsibility by providing our services to the NGO’s needing support free of cost.

Who is Hina Mirza Khan

Mother of two angels Mirza Hina Khan is a Creative, Progressive and target-oriented Dietitian with 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Yoga and Nutrition. Yoga is a human endeavour to learn from nature, and is not associated with any religion, says dietician and physical fitness trainer Mirza Hina Khan, while recommending men and women, from all the communities, to benefit from yoga, the ancient Indian body and mind fitness system. Hina, who successfully runs a Nutrition Counselling and Yoga Centre in South Delhi, relates the level and awareness of physical well being with empowerment of women. But, she feels it is still a long way to go. When we produce a prolonged 'Ohm' sound during the yoga, it is simply a vibration which activates dead cells, and is not to be confused with any religious practice," she said in an interview with India News Stream.

Lifestyle diseases such as obesity, pre-diabetes, high-blood pressure, stress, backache etc. are increasing at younger age groups.

 There is a growing need of personalized holistic wellness coaching and guidance. That’s where Soul Fitness Studio comes in.

1st

Counselling

During the counseling session, the yoga coach conducts a virtual 1v1 session to review your health history, including past injuries and medical conditions including any past injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, or chronic health issues. Additionally, they provide nutritional guidance, offering tips for healthy eating habits and hydration to support your overall well-being alongside your yoga practice.

Goal Setting

The coach will have dis goals and objectives for the 1v1 yoga sessions. This could include specific
wellness goals such as improving flexibility, managing stress, alleviating pain, or enhancing overall well-being. The coach assesses
the client’s current fitness level, mobility, and any areas of focus or improvement.

3rd

Appointing a Trainer

After the initial counseling and health assessment, the yoga coach carefully matches the client with a
suitable yoga trainer based on various factors, including the client’s goals, preferences, personality, and scheduling availability. We have certified yoga trainers who have trained more then 1000s of clients and have helped many with their pains and improved their flexibility.

Session Initiation

After appointing the trainer, the session will start which will be conduct according to your preferred time and we insist you to do a minimum 4 days every week to achieve the goal which have been set.
